Dana, I'm so sorry for your family's loss. I never met your Granny face-to-face but I've had wonderful conversations with her over the phone about cooking and life in general. I know one thing for certain, she loved her family very much! I owed her a honey ham, collard greens, and potato salad (even though she knew my potato salad couldn't compare to her's). I never got around to fixing it for her. My Mom is in heaven with her, I'll ask her to bake that ham for Granny and one day, when I join them, I'll bake them both a honey encrusted ham. If you or your family need anything, please do not hesitate to call on me.

No amount of words can heal the hurt of losing such a wonderful
person.
May the love and support of family and friends help during this time of deep sorrow.
The "God of all comfort" be with the family.(2 Corinthians 1:3,4)
We look to the future when Lord Jesus Christ will reunite all families with their loved ones.

Read: Revelation 21:4 No more death or things that causes us pain.

Jackie, Donna and Toni words can not express the feeling you are going through. To lose a loved hurts. Just know that she resting now and looking down from heaven saying "I LOVE YOU ALL". For I know the feeling. And remember that Lula is still with you'll everyday and every night. Love you all
