Mark passed away at his home in Upper Marlboro, Maryland on January 19, 2017. Beloved brother of Dr. Michael Ragland (Orland Park, IL) and William Ragland (Forest, VA) He is also survivied by sisters in law Patricia and Tina, a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.  On Saturday, January 28 visitation from 10am until hour of service 11am at SOLAD (Spirit  of Love & Deliverance) Baptist Church 5050 Beech Place Temple Hills, MD  20748
