On Friday, February 10 Beloved mother of Donald Hall and  loving grandmother of Charles Thomas.  She is also survived by her dear brother Anthony Michael Spencer, Sr., nephew Anthony Michael Spencer, Jr., great nieces Arniesse and Taylor Spencer, a host of other relatives and friends.  On Friday,, February 24 visitation from 10am until hour of service 11am at the First Baptist Church of Deanwood 1008 45th St. NE Washington, DC 20019 Interment Ft. Lincoln Cemetery
