On Wednesday, July 26, 2017 Beloved wife of Michael Wheeler, Loving daughter of Almarie and Oscar Harper, Sr.. She is also survived by her dear brothers Oscar, Jr. and Joseph Harper, a host of other relatives and friends.  On Thursday, August 10th a visitation will be held from 10 am until hour of service 11am at Peace Baptist Church 712 - 18th St. NE  Rev. Dr. Michael T. Bell, Pastor.  Interment Heritage Cemetery in Waldorf, MD.
