On Wednesday July 24, 2019 Beloved husband of Shirley Carroll, loving father of Bernard Carroll (Carolyn), Sharon Scott (Carl), Phyllis Mason (Darryl), Cynthia Rucker (Lafayette) and the late Linda Swann, dear grandfather of Tanya, Jackie, Carla, Dennis, Donte', Kayla, Renita, Rachel, Kenny, Ashley, Thurone, Renee, Sharleeta, Latonja, Robert and late Donnell. He is also survived by a host of great grandchildren other relatives and friends. On Friday, August 9, 2019 a visitation will be held from 9:30 am until hour of service 11 am at Israel Baptist Church 1251 Saratoga Ave. NE Washington, DC 20018 Interment Ft. Lincoln Cemetery.
