On Monday, September 11, 2017 at his home in Silver Spring, Keith passed away peacefully.  He is survived by his mother Joyce Corneil; daughter, Jeanetta Joseph (Gary); sons, Keith Roger II, Kenneth John Willie, and Kurtis; his sister, Jean Carter (Clayton); his brother, George Lampkin; four grandchildren, Randall Hoyte, Sala Joseph, Drue Joseph, and Maora Chaniol-Lambkin. Former wives and friends, Brenda Lambkin and Deborah Lambkin. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 10am until Mass of Christian Burial 11am at Our Lady of Sorrow 1006 Larch Ave. Takoma Park, MD  20912.  Interment in the Lee Memorial Park in Fort Meyers, FL.
