Peacefully on Friday, January 17, 2020, Rosie transitioned to be with the Lord. She is the beloved sister of Rochelle Morton Tchamdjoci, Walter Palmer and Lloyd Morton. Rosie is also survived by her God children, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A "Celebration of Life" service will be held on Monday, January 27th from 10 AM until hour of service 11 AM at the Lighthouse on the Pike Church 5904 Marlboro Pike District Heights, MD 20747 Interment in the Ft. Lincoln Cemetery
