Althea Winifred Knowles, age 90 years, of 3501 Gazette Way, Hyattsville, Maryland,  formerly of Nassau, Bahamas died at her residence on Thursday February 22 nd , 2024.  She is survived by her Children: sons: Anthony “Skeebo” Roberts I(Gina), Oliver(Veronica), Michael(Aisha), Kenneth(Bernadette), Angelo(Hilary), Trevor (Sonia) Adderley; daughters: Willadale Granger(Glen), Eyvonne Dendy(Larry), Former Senator & Counsel General Washington DC Paulette Zonicle, Georgina Saunders(Leslie), Tonjia Burrows(Lester); adopted sons: John Hall Sr and Bishop Godfrey Williams(Min. Iris) step children: Terry Bain, Attorney Linda Evans, Christine Sawyer, Chantelle Gentle, Jeffery, Walter II(Laverne), Samuel and Rae Evans.; 34 grandchildren; 16 step grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral arrangements are set for Saturday, March 9 th , 2024 at 10:00am at Evangelistic Temple Assemblies of God, Collins Ave., Nassau, Bahamas.
