Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Reverend Angelia Rowe Garner, Esquire; his sister Carolyn Thomas, his brother Jeffery Garner (Marti); nieces and nephews: Charles Thomas (Samichie), Jeffery Hall (Amanda), and David Garner; great nieces, Teagen Hall, Jennavee Hall, Gabriel David Garner, Jaquinn Thomas, Zaquez Thomas, Ajaiya Thomas, and Azavia Thomas; One Aunt, Aleane Ferrell and one Uncle Lawrence Venable, his Mother-In-Love Mildred Rowe and Brothers-In Law, Otis Rowe and Mikha’ El Ayan YahuDah, and a host of loving cousins. extended family and church members and friends who will cherish his memory. He was preceded in death by his parents, David, and Annie Myrtle Garner. Bobby Eugene Garner will be remembered as a loving husband, a devoted father, a cherished grandfather, and a true friend.
His spirit, his kindness, and his contributions to both his community and the world of sports will never be forgotten.
