Candace Denise Davis

Candace Denise Davis passed away suddenly on June 30, 2026. She was born on March 19, 1968 in Washington DC to Robie Palmore Davis and William Bernard Davis. She attended schools in Silver Spring, Maryland, graduating in 1986 from John Kennedy High School. She also attended Howard University and George Washington University.  She worked as an Executive Assistant in various private sector positions.   She loved to cook and try new recipes; was a party planner extraordinare; liked horseback riding and  horses. She owned one for a time.  She was a beloved Daughter, Mother, Niece, and supportive friend. She is survived by her Mother, Robie Davis, her children, Ariel Thomas and Cameron Thomas, her aunt, Alma Palmore, her uncle Leroy Ellis, Cousins Brandon Kelly-Wilson, Morgan Kelly, Keith Wilson, Joyce Wise, Lena Thompson, treasured confidant Joseph Walters and cherished Friends.
