She leaves to mourn her passing three children, Barbara Stretch of Charleston SC, Edmond Green and his wife Angela of Oxon Hill, Mindy Green of Columbia MD, sister Lucille Milligan, niece Monica Milligan, nephew Greg Milligan of Washington DC, cousins Solomon Stretch of New York, NY and Reuben Stretch of Savannah, GA, many stepchildren, grandchildren, great grandchildren, along with a host of other devoted relatives and friends.
