Constance Patricia (Smith) Gilliam

On Sunday, November 9, 2025, Constance Patricia Gilliam transitioned peacefully. She was born on January 29,1936 in Spartanburg South Carolina. She was civil servant for the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services, and a proud member of Largo Community Church. Constance was predeceased by her daughter Regina Smith and son Ricardo Anderson. She is survived by her daughter Judith Luckey, son-in-law Samuel Luckey, grandchildren Tyhisa Luckey, Lisa Robinson, Samuel Luckey and a host of great grandchildren, relatives and friends.
