Constance Bivins White moved into her heavenly home on October 22, 2020, leaving three children (Donna, Russell, and Peter), three grand children (McKenzie, Donovan, and Donald), two daughters-in-law (Marisa, and Ometris), and one son-in-law (Otis) and a host of other relatives and friends. Connie was born in North Hampton County Virginia. Early in her childhood, the family moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Most of Connie’s adult life was spent in Newark, New Jersey, where she made a home with her husband and 3 children. During the last 12+ years of her life, she lived in Bowie, Maryland with her daughter, son-in-law, oldest grandson and granddaughter.
Connie was a graduate of Morgan State College and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. With over 70 years of membership, she was known as “A Golden Soror”. Additionally, Connie was a world traveler having visited 6 of the world’s 7 continents. Connie was also an excellent cook. Her exploits in the kitchen were well known by all who knew her. From main courses to deserts, Connie seemed to always be in the kitchen cooking up something memorable.

Connie’s immediate family will gather for a final good-bye and burial.
At a later time, post COVID-19, the family plans to honor Connie with a service where all will be invited to share in the memory of her life and love.
