Jr. and (Leshell) Dennis, Nolus M. and (Kecia) Dennis, Steven I. Dennis, Aaron D. Dennis and (David Panchision), and Patrick L. and (Maurié) Dennis; (Preceded in death, her beloved sister, Patricia Lewis); Toni Franklin, Theresa and (Aubrey) Grant, Tammy and (Lucius) Adams, Harold II and (Marshella) Massey, Lakeisha Massey, Saleem, and Stephanie Clax; A host of Grandchildren, Nephews, Nieces, Cousins, and Friends.

Doris’ faith was the cornerstone of her life, and she was an active member of both Alleyne AME Zion Church and Zion Church in Greenbelt, Maryland. From long walks to crossword puzzles, Doris delighted in fruitful pleasures, always dressed in elegance. Doris lived a life of quiet strength, gentle wisdom, and deep compassion. She gave generously, loved abundantly, and moved through the world with a grace that will forever remain.
