Francine Harper affectionately known as “Frankie” passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 19, 2024.  She is survived by her Daughter Chonita Milner-Vaughn; Grandchildren, Chonece Milner, Chelsea Jackson, Monet Vaughn, Tyra Vaughn, Joshua Milner, Romero Milner; Great-Grandchildren, Caden Johnson, Cori Ikhide; Sister, Rosezine Harper, Mary Harper. She is preceded in death by her Son Rozier Milner, Jr.; Parents, Isaac and Mary Harper; Sister, Arletha Carter; Brothers, James Earl and Isaac Harper Jr.
