Frederick "Ian" McCrae

Ian transitioned on September 5, 2022 surrounded by his loving wife and family at the MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital.  Ian was born on August 3, 1954, to the late Frederick and Geraldine McCrae in Guyana, South America.   He is the beloved husband to Christine McCrae and the father of Tia Warner and Tiffani McCrae; and a father figure to Aaron Dorsey, Jr. and Victoria Wheeler.  He is also survived by his grandchildren: Antonio, JJ, Nevaeh, Jaylen, Isaiah, Ja’Khai, Bryana and Jia’Vonna; his siblings, Jeannette Carr, Ernest McCrae, Gillian McCrae, Cecelie Mason, Valerie (Victor) Samuels, Barbara (Horace) Henderson, Hazel McCrae, Carol Ruffin, Orin (Debra) McCrae, Loris (Rosita) McCrae, Adrian (Felecia) McCrae, Sydney (Islay) McCrae, and Petal Amanda McCrae.
