He is survived by his loving children Pamela Daniels (Freddie), Sylvia Wedge and Miranda Oates (Walter); dear grandchildren Sheena Wedge, Tamera Oates, Rebekah Daniels and Rachel Daniels;  one brother Jessie and a host of nieces and nephews including: Kevin Wedge (Renee) Aaron Wedge (Ronnice) Jenae, Mike, Ramond,  Gretchen, Theresa, Emmanuel, Yvonne, Angela, Zonia, Deborah, Sharon, Carlos, Erika,  and Andre and a host of other relatives and friends.

Gilvered is predeceased by his siblings Thomas, James "Jimmie", Sylvester, Delores "Barbara-Jean" Purcell, and Geraldine Wedge; niece Gloria and nephews Joseph and Leonard.
