On Wednesday, January 27, 2021 Jacqueline transitioned peacefully at her home. She is the beloved mother of Lelia Ruffin, Terrence Ruffin, Elaine Thomas, Frank Ruffin, and Debra Smith. She is also survived by a host of many other relatives and friends.
