Josephine Annetta Miller

Josephine Annetta Miller, born March 11, 1949, was the only daughter of Wilton and Bertha Miller and sister of Wilbur Miller Jr. and Clyde R. Miller Sr., all of whom preceded her in death. She died March 18, 2025, after surgical complications.  She is survived by her sister/friends: Susie Barfield, Perita Baxter and Ann Clemons; her godchildren Melita New, Aaron Young and Catrya Young; and 16 nieces and nephews — “The Sweet 16“ — by her two brothers: Edith D. Christophe, Anthony L. Miller, Wilton V. Miller, Angela P. Shelton, Gwendolyn D. McLeod (John), Myron S. Miller, Richard N. Miller, Gregory B. Miller, Cassandra N. Collins (James), and Jeffery L. Miller, by elder brother and wife, Wilton Jr.( predeceased) and Margaret Miller; and Clyde R. Miller Jr. (Melonie), Euwanna A. Heard (Clay), Vernon L. Miller Sr. (Crystal), Michael L. Miller (Robin), James G. W. “Boss” Miller (predeceased), and Jason D. W. Miller, all children of Clyde Sr. and Sehon Miller (both predeceased); and a large caring, extended family.
