Linda Marie (Silver) Carter

Linda was a dedicated mother, sister, and passionate mental health professional in PG County,  She is survived by her daughters, Dr. Portia M. Barnes (Shelby Jr) and Dr. Niambi M. Carter, her grandchildren, Mikal, Joshua, Seth and Shelby Barnes; her siblings and a host of nieces and nephews.
