She leaves behind a legacy of love to her family. She is survived by her spouse, Charles Goree; her daughter, Chantell Antoinette Edmonds, her sisters, Sheila Wheeler Garland (Douglas), Jeanette Bouthe and brother Arthur Bouthe. She is preceded in death by her parents, Helen Jeanette Wheeler, George Hamilton and grandparents, Mary Wheeler and Otho Wheeler.
