Minnie (Ward) Mitchell

Minnie Ward Mitchell  (age 79), of Silver Spring, Maryland, passed away on May 15, 2022 at Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, Maryland.  She is the beloved mother of Garrick Mitchell.  Minnie is also survived by her dear granddaughter Moorea and grandson, Bryce Mitchell; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  She was predeceased by her parents, John Henry Ward and Eloise Ward, sister, Irene Lucas and brothers, Richard and James Ward.  Minnie loved to travel the world, India, Australia, Alaska, California and many other destinations.
