Muriel was the cherished sister of Willa Mae Fields, Delores Colquitt, Janice Evans, and Gloria Milligan. She leaves behind her immediate family, including her children, Joseph Kenneth Goodwin and his wife, Aleice Goodwin, Archie Boncelle Russ Jr., Tyrone Anthony Russ, and Michael Jerome Grayson El. Her legacy extends to her grandchildren: Jeanette Goodwin, Alan Richard Hall, Jasmine McLaurin, Taylor Roberson, Bria Johnson, Imani McLaurin, Tyrone Russ Jr., Corey Russ, and Archie Russ III. She is also survived by her greatgrandchildren: Andreas Roberson Jr., Giselle Roberson, Harper Johnson, and Esther Roberson, as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She held close friendships with Mrs. Margaret White, Mrs. Jocelyn King, Mrs. Shirley Jergens, and Mrs. Yvette Thomas, who were dear to her and played an important role in her life. She was preceded in death by her sister Vivian Johnson, and her husband, Archie B. Russ Sr.
She is survived by a loving family who will miss her deeply but will forever hold her memory in their hearts. Her impact was felt by those who knew her, and her dedication to her work and family leaves a lasting legacy.
