Noel Eileen (Kellman) Lowe

On Wednesday, November 21, 2018 Beloved wife of the late Edward Lowe, loving mother of eight surviving children – Edwin, Kathleen, Glenville, Waverley, Clyde, Elma, Adella and Richard.  She is also survived by one sister, Alice; two brothers; Gordon and Ronald; three sisters-in-law, Marlene, Edna, and Marcel; two sons-in-law, Hugh and Joseph; four daughters-in-law, Othline, Ruby, Ruth and Lorna; 19 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 7 nieces, 4 nephews and a host of friends and cousins.  On Sunday, December 2nd, a visitation will be held from 9 am until time of service 10 am at the Metropolitan Seventh Day Adventist Church 6307 Riggs Rd. Chillum, MD 20783  Interment George Washington Cemetery Adelphi, MD
