On Friday, March 9, 2018 beloved husband of Pastor Shirley A.Stewart-TIbbs, loving father of Cynthia Davis (Nathaniel), Viola Oliver (Steven), Candicec Brockett (Tyrone), Jeffery Tibbs (Kim), LaTricia Davenport (Robert) and Shardae Floyd, dear brother of Elizabeth Diamond (Tracy), Ethel Utterbach (Thomas) and Robert Wanzer. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grands, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. On Saturday, March 17 a visitation will be held from 10am until hour of service 11am at the Evangel Assembly of God Church 5900 Old Branch Ave. Temple Hills, MD 20748 Interment Private.
