Randolph Ulysees Peoples

Randolph is the beloved father of Marquita Peoples-Roach and Randolph Peoples (Karen).  He is also survived by his mother Ethel Mae Peoples, thirteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, four sisters, one brother,  five aunts and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
