Rosa "Lump" Frazier Obituary

 

Rosa Arline(Lump) Frazier, the daughter of the late Deacon Hasting and Deaconess Lucy Johnson transitioned to her heavenly home on October. 1st, 2025.  At an early age she became a member of Hayden Baptist Church. As a young adult she moved to Washington, DC and joined New Samaritan Baptist Church.  Lump rejoined Hayden Baptist Church after moving back to Aiken. She was a member of Hayden’s Gospel and Senior Choir, the van driver for the senior and youth ministries and head of Haydens kitchen. She made sure everyone ate well for all occasions!

 

She worked for  the Wonder Bread Bakery and Tri - Development for many years. She  then received her associate degree in Certified Nursing Assistant from Aiken Technical College and worked as an CNA in the private sector.  She loved sports. in high school she was on the Schofield basket ball and track team. in Washington, DC, she was a member of the Aces basketball and softball teams. She loved to watch baseball and football, but her greatest joy was fishing.

 

Lump leaves to morn a loving son Phillip Gerard Johnson, a devoted daughter - in - law Beverly Pittman-Johnson , Grandsons Germal Hasting Lewis and Hunter Thomas Johnson, Great Granddaughter Saniya Johnson, sisters Rebecca Williams and Hayzetta Young. Brother Kenneth Johnson Brother - in - law Rev. James Williams, Jr.  Sisters - in - laws Mildred Johnson and Dorothy Johnson. Aunt Bernice Bell and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
