Samuel Augusta Nicholas passed away peacefully surrounded by love on December 27, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Samuel was preceded in death by his parents, siblings and beloved wife of 59 years, Janice Nicholas. He is survived by his daughters, Veronica Rudd, Valerie Nicholas-Christian and Veronda Nicholas; beloved grandchildren Myryah Nicholas, Jasmyn Rudd, Ashley Christian, Ayana Rudd, Nicholas Taylor and Lauren Taylor; and one great granddaughter, Journey Shadrach. Samuel is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Deacon Samuel embodied the spirit of service, offering support, compassion and friendship to whomever crossed his path. He was a comforting presence in times of need, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. His unwavering faith and commitment to his family and community inspired everyone he met. His warmth, generosity, and kindness will be remembered by all who knew him. Samuel will be deeply missed, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
