Mr. Reginald L. Baltimore, 62, entered eternal rest on Friday, November 14, 2025, at his home in Temple Hills, Maryland. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Willie Fred Baltimore Sr. and Mary Jo Wilson, he lived a life marked by purpose, service, and devotion to others. Reginald was educated in the Louisville Public Schools and graduated from Southern High School in 1981. A talented student-athlete, he excelled in football before enlisting in the United States Navy, where he served honorably for 22 years.
