Shirley Elizabeth Brewer Contee is the beloved wife of the late Ferdinand Jerome Contee and loving mother to Rodney M. Williams, Samuel L. Williams Jr. and the late Cynthia N. Jones. She is also survived by her brother Walter Brewer, sister Joyce McKoy and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
