Stephanie Vernell (Williams) Cabbagestalk

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Stephanie Vernell Cabbagestalk, a woman of boundless creativity. Stephanie was born on March 2, 1963, and transitioned to Heaven on April 6, 2026. Over the course of her 63 years, she touched many lives with her wisdom, humor, and unwavering love.

Stephanie’s legacy of service to others will be carried forward by those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her remarkable life will forever serve as an inspiration and a testament to the power of God. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered.

She is survived by her loving parents, Stephen and Deatria Williams; her two children, Calvin Hawkins (Chantelle Christie) and Erica Cabbagestalk; her two siblings, Trina Roberts and Steven Williams (Angela Williams); her two nephews, Steven Williams Jr. and Anthony Williams; her niece, Ashley Rhodes (Cliff Rhodes); her grandson, Calvin A. Hawkins; her great-nephews, Steven Williams III and Allias Jax Williams; her great-niece, Seylah Rhodes; and a host of other relatives and friends.
