Our beloved Temeshia Janice DeVille, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2024, at the age of 43, surrounded by her family and friends. Temeshia, also known as “Meshia,” was born on March 19, 1981, in Clinton, Maryland, to the late Oscar Louis DeVille and Roslyn Janice DeVille. Temeshia attended Prince George’s County Public School System. Because of her compassion for helping others, she pursued a professional healthcare career. She worked in various roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Geriatric Nursing Assistant, Hemodialysis Technician, and Medical Assistant. Most recently, Temeshia was a long-time employee of Kaiser Permanente, delivering the highest-quality care to patients for over a decade. She was also attending college to obtain a degree in Sonography.
Temeshia enjoyed shopping, traveling, and dancing (twerking). People gravitated towards her because of her outgoing personality and sense of humor. She loved exploring different restaurants and cuisines, always eager to try something new. Temeshia’s style was bold and unique. She loved experimenting with different clothing and hairstyles and wasn't afraid to stand out in a crowd. As a dedicated dog mom to King and Pebbles, she wouldn't trade her furry companions for anything in the world.
Temeshia leaves to cherish her memories to her loving brother, Louis DeVille; aunts, Theresa DeVille-Savoy (Carl), Mary DeVille-Jones (Wayne), Pamela Brown, and Kim Brown; uncle, Shon Brown; godchildren, Camone’ Hatcher, Ashleigh Lennon, Adyen McCullough, and Kourtney Nelson; best friends Mikeya Lennon and Selestine Wilmore, and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends. She was a devoted sister, daughter, niece, cousin, friend, and colleague who will be dearly missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace, and may her memory live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
