Walter Woodard Obituary
On Friday March 5, 2021, Walter transitioned peacefully in Silver Spring. He was preceded in death by his parents, Juanita Dowing and Walter Woodard. He is survived by his sisters: Phyllice Giles (George Giles deceased) and Cheryl Doyle. Two nieces: Phyllice Thomas (Dunice Thomas) and Juanita Giles; nephew George Giles; great-niece and nephews: Ezekiel Thomas, E’zahria Thomas and Ezaylen Thomas. He also leaves to mourn his passing, so many other whose lives he enriched including Bernard Williams, Evelyn Hagans and countless others.
