Yvonne (Steele) Evans

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Evans (KaTesha); daughter, Kimberly Lawson (Michael); granddaughter, Kyvonnia Evans; grandsons, Khristian and Kameron Lawson; and her five siblings, Ronald Steele, Paulette King, Milton Lucas (Vera), Audrey Lucas, and Wayne Lucas; a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends— all of whom will forever cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby A. Lucas; sister, Carlean R. Lucas; brother Mitchell Steele; and her nephew, Paul R. Lucas.

Having fulfilled the assignment God entrusted to her, she now finds eternal rest in the Master’s loving embrace. Her memory will be forever cherished in our hearts and embraced by the boundless love she so generously shared with all who knew her.
